Jess Champion:
How I work

Hi there. My name’s Jess (she/her) and I'm an integrative therapist and counsellor working online and in London Bridge. I’m also a trained integrative supervisor with a neurodiversity affirming supervision practice.

I have lived experience of late diagnosed ADHD and autism and feel strongly that everyone deserves to feel safe and comfortable in their own skin, no matter their individual circumstances. I work hard to stay neurodiversity affirming (as I believe this to be a process, not somewhere we arrive at) and I feel passionate about acknowledging the impact of systemic repression on those of us who are marginalised for so many different reasons.

It can be scary to be vulnerable and it’s natural to be hesitant about getting started with a therapist. This might mean you might want to work with someone who looks like you or shares certain characteristics with you, and that is incredibly valid and can be very healing. At the same time, I absolutely love working with people from different backgrounds and with different identity characteristics - so much magic can happen when we can see past those things which set us apart from one another.

If you want to explore working together, find out more about appointments and fees here.

Trust is at the heart of the therapeutic relationship and it’s important you feel safe with me as we embark on this journey together.
